Evolution of Silicon Wafer Size
Silicon wafers are divided into semiconductor wafers and photovoltaic wafers according to their uses. Photovoltaic silicon wafers can be single crystal silicon or polycrystalline silicon, and semiconductor silicon wafers can only be single crystal silicon.
